Generate AWT Payload

Generate an AWT payload offline to pass into the generate function to generate an AWT offline.

avnSdk.awtUtils.generateAwtPayload( signer, issuedAt, options )

• signer: The signer object can be derived by running avnSdk.signer.
• issuedAt: The unix timestamp the token should be issued.
• options: The initialisation options for the user.
