Generate AWT Payload

Generate an AWT payload offline to pass into the generate function to generate an AWT offline.

API.awt.generateAwtPayload(suri, issuedAt);

• suri: The AvN private key of the account requiring an AWT.
• issuedAt: The time the token should be issued.
